Publicis is one of the UK's top agencies and we want to have the best and brightest people working with us. Our Graduate Scheme has been running successfully now for a number of years and long may this continue.
The aim of the programme is to introduce new Talent to the crazy world of Advertising - be that in the traditional channels such as TV or the Digital/online fields which have seen significant growth in recent times.
The Grads are expected to get involved in every aspect of the project and to quickly learn that it's fun in the agency world but extremely hard work - the work has to be delivered on time and to high standards and nothing else is acceptable.
