Publicis Grads' Week One in the Agency
Week One
From Chris & Louis’ bromance to Amy and Sally already sharing in jokes, us grads have got off to a flying start. Although let’s face it, three bottles of wine over dinner last Saturday probably helped oil the machinery of friendship, and certainly took the edge off the first day nerves that were starting to creep in.
Within an hour of arrival we were sat having coffee and chats with CEO Karen and MD Will, and over the next few days we were introduced to people from all areas of the agency. Some imparted words of wisdom along with the ins and outs of day to day agency life, whilst others shared tales of their own that helped settle the nerves ahead of the impending reveal of our accounts next week!
This week we’ve bounced around the agency, from working on live briefs with creative team Steve and Claudio to shadowing the production team, even spending time in the studio retouching print with Wes the Wizard. We feel we’ve learnt a lot, and although we’re thirsty for more we reckon a beer at the Barley Mow will suffice ‘til Monday.
